Resumen
[ES] En el trabajo se explica la gran relevancia que poseen las redes sociales, y como su
crecimiento está afectando tanto a las personas como a las empresas.
Este estudio se centra en cómo influyen las redes sociales en las empresas, identificando en
primer lugar las características, ventajas e inconvenientes que éstas tienen, a través de
información obtenida de fuentes secundarias y en segundo lugar la comparación mediante un
análisis de 2 empresas de un mismo sector (Decathlon y Sprinter) de manera que se pueda
observar de una manera práctica como las redes sociales pueden llegar incluso a modificar la
empresa. Para esto se usarán diferentes herramientas. Cuando este análisis haya finalizado, se
generarán unas conclusiones sobre los efectos positivos que tienen las redes sociales y cuáles
son las acciones que correctas que deben realizar las empresas para no caer en sus
desventajas.

This study focuses on how to influence social networks in business, first identifying the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages they have , through information obtained from secondary sources and secondly the comparison by analysis of 2 companies of a same sector ( Decathlon and Sprinter ) so that you can see in a practical way as social networks may even change the company. For this different tools they will be used . When this analysis is completed, conclusions on the positive effects of social networks and what that correct actions to make companies not to fall into their disadvantages are will be explained .
