AUTORIZACIONES DE TRABAJO PARA TRABAJADORES ALTAMENTE CUALIFICADOS, TRABAJADORES DE TEMPORADA Y TRABAJADORES TRANSFRONTERIZOS

Abstract

En este Trabajo Fin de Grado, se abordarán las figuras de los trabajadores extranjeros altamente cualificados, los trabajadores de temporada y los trabajadores transfronterizos, en materia de autorizaciones de residencia y trabajo. Para ello, se analizará la Ley 4/2000, de 11 de enero, sobre derechos y libertades de los extranjeros en España y su integración social, así como el Real Decreto 557/2011, de 20 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley citada anteriormente.

In this Final Degree Project, the figures of highly qualified foreign workers, seasonal workers and cross-border workers, in terms of residence and work authorizations, will be addressed. For this, Law 4/2000, of January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration, will be analyzed, as well as Royal Decree 557/2011, of April 20, which approves the Regulation of the Law cited above.
