AUTONOMÍA PRIVADA Y PROCESOS JUDICIALES: MEDIDAS COMUNES EN LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS DE NULIDAD, SEPARACIÓN Y DIVORCIO

Abstract

[ES] Con el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado desea realizarse un análisis pormenorizado del transcurso de los procedimientos de nulidad, separación y divorcio, examinando todas aquellas medidas y cuestiones que se plantean y adoptan a lo largo de los mismos. El objetivo del estudio es dar a conocer y aclarar todas aquellas materias a las que debe darse una respuesta cuando se produce una situación de crisis matrimonial, pues la nueva situación difiere en gran medida de la acontecida con anterioridad ya que cambian las relaciones familiares y patrimoniales.

[EN] With the present work-end-of-degree want carried out a detailed analysis of the course of annulment, separation and divorce procedures, examining all the measures and issues which arise and take over the same. The objective of the study is to publicize and clarify all matters that should be given an answer when there is a situation of marital crisis, because the new situation differs greatly from the which occurred previously since they change family and property relations.
