Ulises en la literatura española

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza la figura de Ulises en la literatura española. Partiremos de la tradición clásica, dónde a partir de la Odisea de Homero, van a surgir una serie de obras cuyos objetivos van a ser en representar la imagen de nuestro protagonista. En la parte central de nuestro trabajo, hablaremos de su influencia en nuestra literatura, dividiendo su aparición según en los distintos géneros en los que aparezca, como la novela, el teatro o la poesía.

In this academic work I am going to analyse the figure of Ulysses along the Spanish Literature. I will start by commenting on the Classical Tradition and, more concretely, by Homer's Odyssey. With this Classical epic poem, a series of works are going to appear whose main aim is to represent the image of the main character. The main part of this work will be focused on the influence of this character on the Spanish Literature, dividing his different appearences according to the distinct genres in which he is going to appear, as narrative, drama or poetry.
