Resumen
[ES]El siguiente trabajo trata sobre el acoso laboral, también conocido como “mobbing” El acoso laboral, es un tema de gran importancia puesto que numerosas personas sufren este tipo de acoso en la actualidad. Con el trabajo se pretende conocer con mayor profundidad este fenómeno, con el objeto de saber prevenirlo a tiempo y frenarlo en caso de que se produzca.
El trabajo está dividido en distintos apartados, cuyo contenido nos ayuda” a conocer mejor el problema del “mobbing”. El primer apartado trata sobre el concepto del “mobbing” desde la perspectiva de varios autores. Examinando todos los conceptos podemos llegar a la conclusión de que el acoso laboral es, todo acto que una persona ejerce sobre otra en el lugar de trabajo, con el objetivo de denigrarla, humillarla, o dañarla tanto física como psíquicamente.
A lo largo del trabajo podemos conocer los diferentes tipos de “mobbing” (vertical ascendente, vertical descendente, y horizontal), así como las causas y motivaciones del mismo. En cuanto a la regulación del acoso laboral, como se refleja en el trabajo, es muy escasa. No obstante existen leyes que condenan estos actos de violencia. Finalmente se reflejan una seria de medidas preventivas para frenar y terminar con el acoso laboral.
[EN]The following work treats on the labor harassment, also known like "mobbing" The labor harassment, is a topic of great importance since numerous persons suffer this type of harassment at present. With the work one tries to know with major depth this phenomenon, in order to be able to anticipate it in time and stop it in case it takes place. The work is divided in different paragraphs, which content helps us " to know better the problem of the "mobbing". The first paragraph treats on the concept of the "mobbing" from the perspective of several authors. Examining all the concepts we can come to the conclusion of that the labor harassment is, any act that a person exercises on other one in the place of work, with the aim to denigrate her, to humiliate her, or to damage so much physics as psychically. Along the work we can know the different types of "mobbing" (vertical ascending, vertical descending, and horizontal), as well as the reasons and motivations of the same one. As for the regulation of the labor harassment, since it is reflected in the work, it is very scanty. Nevertheless there exist laws that condemn these acts of violence. Finally they reflect the serious one of preventive measures to stop and to end with the labor harassment.
