MENTORAZGO COMO INTERVENCIÓN PARA LA ATENCIÓN DE LA DIVERSIDAD. EL TRABAJO SOCIAL COMO DISCIPLINA Y PROFESIÓN PARA EL FOMENTO DE LA INSERCIÓN SOCIOLABORAL.

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene como finalidad investigar a través de una revisión bibliográfica la metodología del mentorazgo y los beneficios y limitaciones de esta intervención en las personas con discapacidad. Asimismo, permite construir una base teórica basada en el conocimiento adquirido que tiene como objetivo materializar las nociones teóricas a la práctica, diseñando y planificando un programa de mentoria basado en el proyecto personal de empleabilidad de una alumna del programa UniverDI de la Universidad de Jaén, a fin de acotar la distancia entre el mundo de la discapacidad y la empresa. Además, se señalará la importancia que tiene la figura profesional del Trabajo Social tanto en el mentorazgo como en la inserción sociolaboral y educativa de las personas con discapacidad.

The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to investigate through a bibliographic review the methodology of mentoring and benefits and limitations in people with disabilities. It also allows to build a theoretical basis based on the acquired knowledge that aims to materialize theoretical notions of practice, designing and planning a mentoring program based on the personal employability project of a student in the UniverDI program at the University of Jaén, in order to narrow the gap between the world of disability and enterprise. In addition, it will be noted the importance of the professional figure of Social Work in both mentoring and job and educational insertion of people with disabilities.
