Jaén (1936-1939): arqueología de la guerra civil española y construcción de memoria histórica

Abstract

En este trabajo explora el desarrollo de la arqueología del conflicto reciente y el papel de sus teorías y metodologías como contribución al entendimiento de procesos que tienen repercusión en la sociedad actual. Así, Junto a la arqueología de la Guerra Civil Española se busca dar nuevos datos y perspectivas sobre los acontecimientos en el conflicto que se dio entre 1936 y 1939 en Jaén. También, se propone el desarrollo de proyectos que buscaban promover la memoria histórica en la ciudad, mostrando así el potencial del territorio para crear espacios de diálogo en torno a los valores democráticos y proteger, valorizar y resguardar el patrimonio bélico desde el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación. This work explores the development of The archeology of recent conflict and the role of its theories and methodologies as contribution to the understanding of processes that have an impact on contemporany society. Thus, together with the archeology of the Spanish Civil War, we seek to provide new data and perspectives on the events in the conflict that occurred between 1936 and 1939 in Jaén. Also, the development of projects that sought to promote historical memory in the city is proposed, thus showing the potential of the territory to create spaces for dialogue around democratic values and protect, value and safeguard the war heritage through the use of Technologies of Information and Communication.
