EVALUACIÓN DE LAS LESIONES MUSCULOESQUELÉTICAS Y HÁBITOS DE VIDA DE LOS MÚSICOS PROFESIONALES DE ANDALUCÍA

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar las lesiones musculoesqueléticas y los hábitos de vida saludable de los músicos profesionales de Andalucía. Para la exploración descriptiva se realizaron preguntas sobre sus hábitos de vida y se le facilito el Cuestionario Nórdico Estandarizado mediante un formulario. Se determinó que un 86,7% había sufrido alguna lesión musculoesquelética, siendo las regiones anatómicas más afectadas la zona lumbar (76,7%), el cuello (86,7%) y los hombros (73,3%). El 44,3% de los músicos no realizan estiramientos, pero el 74,3% realizan actividad física. El 80,5% no toman ni medicamentos ni tabaco, sin embargo solo el 14,8% no toman alcohol nunca. Debido a la heterogeneidad de los resultados, no se puede esclarecer unas conclusiones representativas.

[EN] The aim of this research was to evaluate the musculoskeletal injuries and healthy lifestyle habits of professional musicians in Andalusia. For the descriptive exploration, questions were asked about their life habits and the Standardized Nordic Questionnaire was provided by means of a form. It was determined that 86.7% had suffered some musculoskeletal injury, the most affected anatomical regions being the lumbar area (76.7%), the neck (86.7%) and the shoulders (73.3%). 44.3% of the musicians do not stretch, but 74.3% perform physical activity. 80.5% take neither medication nor tobacco, but only 14.8% never drink alcohol. Due to the heterogeneity of the results, it is not possible to draw representative conclusions.
