Resumen
El principal objetivo de este trabajo es analizar como las buenas prácticas que ciertas empresas realizan sobre sus empleados, tienen una especial incidencia sobre los resultados de las organizaciones.
Para ello, se ha realizado, en primer lugar, un análisis teórico sobre la felicidad en el trabajo para, posteriormente, profundizar esta teoría a través de un estudio más práctico, analizando dichas medidas implementadas en cuatro empresas en cuestión.
Como consecuencia de ese estudio, se ven claramente las conclusiones obtenidas, ya que las empresas que cuidan el clima laboral y la satisfacción de los empleados, reducen sus costes, al mismo tiempo que refuerzan sus beneficios.
The main objective of this job is to analyze how the good practices that certain companies perfom on their employees have a special impact on the results of the organizations. To do this, first, a theoretical analysis on happiness at work has been carried out in order to deepen this theory through a more practical study, analyzing such measures implemented in four companies in question. As a consequence of this study, the conclusions obtained are clearly seen, as the companies that care for the work climate and the satisfaction of the employees reduce their costs, at the same time that they strengthen their benefits.
