Jóvenes con carácter solidario o buscadores de empleo

Abstract

El colectivo juvenil, objeto principal de interés de esta propuesta de investigación, es muy variado así como lo son los orígenes sociales de cada uno. Esto influirá tanto en su trayectoria escolar como profesional. La intención de esta propuesta de investigación será conocer, si los jóvenes realizan voluntariado con carácter solidario, o por si lo contrario, buscan en éste una forma de encontrar un trabajo que les permita acceder al mercado laboral. En primer lugar, se empezará definiendo el concepto de “juventud”, para luego hacer un repaso de la evolución del sistema educativo y de cómo se presenta el mercado laboral en la actualidad. Por último se hace una revisión de la visión real del voluntariado y como poco a poco, tiene mayor importancia en la sociedad española. Una vez definido todos estos conceptos, se plantea investigar determinadas asociaciones de la ciudad de Jaén, el papel que desempeñan los jóvenes en ellas y así, comprobar el motivo que les ha llevado a realizar voluntariado verdaderamente, ya sea un voluntariado con carácter solidario o con fines laborales.

Once defined all these concepts, it considers investigating certain associations of the city of Jaen, the paper that the young persons recover in them and this way, to verify the motive that has led them to realizing voluntary work really, already is a voluntary work with solidary character or with labor ends.
