LAS UNIONES NO MATRIMONIALES. EFECTOS DURANTE LA CONVIVENCIA Y TRAS LA SEPARACIÓN O FALLECIMIENTO

Abstract

En este trabajo he tratado de reflejar el actual marco legal que contempla a las uniones no matrimoniales, las cuales no se encuentran protegidas por ninguna ley estatal, por lo que las Comunidades Autónomas y entes locales, se han visto obligados a regular ante la problemática que surge día a día con este tipo de parejas que experimentan cada vez un mayor número. Aquí analizamos los regímenes jurídicos que son aplicables a la situación de convivencia de las parejas de hecho, así como los efectos e¡u se van a derivar de la ruptura o fallecimiento de alguno de los convivientes.

In this paper I have tried to reflect the current legal framework that includes non-marital partner ships, which are not protected by any state law, so thant the regions and local authorities have been forced to regulate to the problems arises every day with this type of couples experiencing an increasing number. Here we analyze the legal regimes that apply to the situation of cohabitation of unmarried couples as well as the effects that will result from the rupture or death of any household.
