Resumen
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado consiste en la fabricación de un material biocomposite formado por
polipropileno y que emplea fibra de olivo como refuerzo, que se va a emplear en fabricar piezas
mediante el proceso de inyección. A ese nuevo material se le ha sometido a sucesivos procesos cíclicos
de reciclaje mecánico y se ha evaluado su comportamiento tras esos procesos de reciclaje. Se han
realizado ensayos de tracción, de impacto, térmicos, de fluidez, observaciones mediante infrarrojos y
rayos X y, a través del microscopio con el objetivo de obtener unos resultados completos.
This bachelor thesis consists of the manufacture of a biocomposite material formed by polypropylene and using olive fibre as reinforcement, which is going to be used to manufacture parts by means of the injection moulding process. This new material has been subjected to successive cyclical mechanical recycling processes and its behaviour after these recycling processes has been evaluated. Tensile tests, impact tests, thermal tests, fluidity tests, infrared and X-ray observations and microscopic tests have been carried out in order to obtain complete results.
