Estudio de la nematofauna de la Cueva de la Colada (Hornos, Jaén)

Abstract

[ES] El estudio de los nematodos de la Sima de la Colada (Hornos, Jaén) ha revelado la existencia de 25 especies pertenecientes a siete órdenes y 16 familias. Se han analizado dos tipos de suelo procedentes del interior de la cavidad, uno con sustrato arenoso, con 15 especies, y otro con guano, con 20 especies. De todos los órdenes hallados, el orden Rhabditida es el más diversificado, con un total de 11 especies, aunque todas ellas poco abundantes en individuos. Por el contrario, el orden Mononchida contiene la especie más abundante en las muestras examinadas, Clarkus papillatus. Las especies encontradas, en su mayoría, son trogloxenas, siendo propias de hábitats epigeos. Por otro lado, las especies Aulolaimus autumnalis y Neotylocephalus inflatus (orden Plectida), se citan por primera vez en la Península Ibérica. De todas las especies se aporta una detallada descripción e ilustraciones.

[EN] The study of the nematodes from the "Sima de la Colada" (Hornos, province of Jaén, Spain) revealed the existence of 25 species belonging to seven orders and 16 families. Two sample soil have been examined from the inside of the cavity, one with sandy substrates having 15 species, and other with guano having 20 species. Of all the orders found, the order Rhabditida is the most diversified, with a total of 11 species, although all of them are not very abundant in individuals. On the other hand, the order Mononchida present one of the most abundant species in the samples examined, Clarkus papillatus. Mostly, the species found are trogloxenes, being frequent in epigeous habitats. On the other hand, the species Aulolaimus autumnalis and Neotycephalus inflatus (order Plectida), are cited for first time on the Iberian Peninsula. A detailed description and illustrations are provided for all species.
