ANALISIS DEL MERCADO DE TRABAJO EN ANDALUCIA

Abstract

En este trabajo se realiza un análisis económico - laboral del mercado de trabajo en Andalucía desde el inicio del siglo XXI hasta la actualidad. Se analizan los principales cambios laborales que ha sufrido Andalucía a lo largo de estos años así como los factores que han determinado estos cambios. De igual forma se estudiaran las oscilaciones que han sufrido las tasas de empleo, desempleo, ocupación, población activa, inactiva, etc., y cómo estas oscilaciones afectan a los diferentes sectores económicos (primario, secundario y terciario). A través de este análisis se observa la evolución del mercado laboral andaluz, así como sus principales características y se hace una comparativa con el resto de España. Por último se exponen cada uno de los Planes Económicos que se han implantado en Andalucía que han sido decisivos para marcar su evolución. In this work an analysis of the labor market in Andalusia from the beginning of the 21st century to the the present is made. We analyze the main labor changes that the labor market in Andalusia has experimented during along these years, as well as the factors that have determined these changes. Similarly, we study the oscillations that the rates of employment, unemployment, occupation, active population, inactive population have had and how these oscillations affect the different economic sectors (primary, secondary and tertiary). Through this analysis we observe the evolution of the Andalusian labor market, as well as the main characteristics and a comparison with the rest of Spain. Finally, we expose each of the Economic Plans that it have been implemented in Andalusia.
