Didactic proposal using the cooperative learning methodology within a CLIL school context

Resumen
Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster es una propuesta didáctica para un grupo de 4º de Educación Primaria sobre el área de las Ciencias Naturales. Aparte del contenido de la asignatura en sí, algunos de los componentes importantes de este diseño son el contexto de aprendizaje integrado de contenidos y lenguas (CLIL) y los grupos de aprendizaje cooperativo. Así, el aprendizaje cooperativo ha resultado una técnica ideal para estimular experiencias de la vida real con los estudiantes como protagonistas de su proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje y para atender la diversidad en clase. En este sentido, la estructura de este proyecto incluye un marco teórico para ambas metodologías junto con la justificación y contextualización de esta propuesta didáctica. Asimismo, se explica detalladamente los elementos curriculares de una unidad didáctica. A continuación, se describe una unidad de trece sesiones, con todos los elementos curriculares. Posteriormente, existe un apartado de evaluación. Por último, aparece una conclusión final sobre la realización de este Trabajo de Fin de Máster y mi aprendizaje a lo largo de todo el Máster.
This Master’s Dissertation is a didactic proposal for a group of 4th Primary Education about the area of Natural Science. Apart from the subject content itself, some of the significant components of this design are the content and language integrated learning (CLIL) context and the cooperative learning groups. Thus, cooperative learning has been an ideal technique to stimulate real-life experiences with students as the main characters of their teaching and learning process and to attend diversity in class. In this sense, the structure of this project includes a theoretical framework for both methodologies along with the justification and contextualization of this didactic proposal. Likewise, the curricular elements of a didactic unit have been explained in detail. Then, a thirteen-session unit has been described, with all the curricular elements. Subsequently, there is a section for assessment and evaluation. Lastly, a final conclusion about the realization of this Master Dissertation and my studies throughout the whole master has been done.
