Resumen
(ES) El presente trabajo que se constituye a continuación, consiste en un proyecto de intervención el
cuál, tiene como objetivo principal analizar el desarrollo emocional mediante la actividad física
en las personas con autismo. Se visibiliza la importancia de ser incluidos en el ámbito social
mediante la actividad física y el deporte adaptado, además de conocer la tipología de sus
terapias asistidas con animales junto con la musicoterapia. No obstante, conocer cómo
funcionan a nivel emocional puesto que, la gestión emocional es clave para tener una buena
conexión entre el cuerpo y la mente. Para conseguir el objetivo mencionado, se lleva a cabo una
intervención en la Asociación Provincial de Autismo de Jaén, “Juan Martos Pérez”, en el cuál
se dirige a niños y niñas entre 5 y 7 años de edad. Las actividades son muy sensoriales dando
libertad a experimentar, todos los estímulos ya que es la manera de conseguir reducir los
síntomas que presenta este trastorno.
(EN) The current assignment which is constituted next, consist in a project of intervention whose main aim is analysing the emotional development through autistic people’s physical activity. It makes visible the importance of being inclusive in the social field through physical activity and adapted sports as well as learning the typology of their aided therapies with animals and music therapy. Nevertheless, knowing how it works in an emotional level, given that, the emotional process is a key to have a good connection between our mind and our body is really important. To achieve this aforementioned aim, we have accomplished an intervention in The Provincial Association of Autism of Jaén, "Juan Martos Pérez", which is directed towards children of five and seven years old. The activities are quite sensorial to give freedom to experiment all those stimulus, considering that it is the best way to reduce the symptom that they present for their behaviour.
