Resumen
El presente trabajo recoge en profundidad un análisis bibliográfico del desarrollo del concepto de infancia a lo largo de la historia, incluyendo lo que plantea este término en la actualidad. Del mismo modo, se indaga en la problemática de las adicciones a las TICs en la infancia, puesto que los niños es uno de los colectivos más vulnerables de nuestra sociedad y actualmente se puede observar que en diversos hogares éstos saben manejar los dispositivos digitales mejor que sus progenitores. Como conclusión, se hace alusión al Trabajo Social y su relación con la infancia, con el uso inadecuado de las TICs, además de hacer referencia a la escasa supervisión que se presta por parte de sus familias. Se pretende conocer los ámbitos de actuación de los/as Trabajadores/as Sociales en esta área y contemplar la importancia de intervenir a tiempo y poder evitar el

This work includes an in-depth bibliographical analysis of the development of the concept of childhood throughout history, including what this term means today. In the same way, the study explores the problem of ICT addictions in childhood, given that children are one of the most vulnerable groups in our society and it can currently be observed that in many homes they know how to handle digital devices better than their parents. In conclusion, allusion is made to Social Work and its relationship with childhood, with the inappropriate use of ICTs, as well as making reference to the lack of supervision provided by their families. The aim is to learn about the areas of action of social workers in this area and to consider the importance of intervening in time to prevent the development of ICT addiction
