Resumen
[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster consiste en el desarrollo de un Programa de
Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica basado en fomentar la Educación e
Inteligencia Emocional en los discentes de primer curso de Enseñanza Secundaria
Obligatoria, con el objetivo de facilitar el tránsito entre etapas, favorecer las relaciones
interpersonales y crear un buen clima de aula, los cuales permitirán desarrollar de
manera más adecuada el proceso de Enseñanza-aprendizaje. El programa de
Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica sobre Educación e Inteligencia Emocional
se desarrolla desde los tres ámbitos de la Orientación Educativa, los cuales son Acción
Tutorial, Orientación Académica y Profesional y Atención a la Diversidad. El desarrollo
de este programa va a permitir la formación en competencias emocionales tanto de
alumnos como de sus tutores legales. Gracias a este programa, los estudiantes van a
aprender qué son las emociones, a identificar sus emociones ante diversas situaciones,
regular emociones para fomentar su bienestar personal y social.
[EN] This Master’s Thesis consists of the development of a Psychopedagogical Orientation and Intervention Program based on promoting Education and Emotional Intelligence in students in the first year of Compulsory Secondary Education, with the aim of facilitating transit between stages, favor interpersonal relationships and create a good classroom climate, which will allow the Teaching-learning process to be developed more adequately. The Guidance and Psychopedagogical Intervention on Education and Emotional Intelligence program is developed from the three areas of Educational Guidance, which are Tutorial Action, Academic and Professional Guidance and Attention to Diversity. The development of this program will allow the training in emotional competencies of both students and their legal guardians. Thanks to this program, students will learn what emotions are, to identify their emotions in various situations, and regulate emotions to promote their personal and social well-being.
