APLICACIÓN DE LA ECONOMÍA CIRCULAR A UNA EMPRESA DE LOGÍSTICA: ESTUDIO Y CARACTERIZACIÓN DE RESIDUOS DE PAPEL PROCEDENTES DE LA INDUSTRIA LOGÍSTICA EN BANCA PARA SU USO EN MATERIALES SOSTENIBLES PARA CARRETERAS

Abstract

[ES] Cada vez es más importante la minimización, tratamiento, y valorización de residuos sólidos y efluentes líquidos, por todos los costes que genera su gestión. alternativa establecida en la legislación europea obliga a su aprovechamiento máximo como materias primas en otros procesos industriales: la Economía Circular. El del mármol es un sector pujante en España, con especial incidencia en Andalucía Oriental y provincias limítrofes. España es la séptima potencia mundial en producción de mármol. El corte de mármol genera unos lodos de fuerte impacto ambiental, constituidos principalmente por agua y Carbonato Cálcico. Este estudio analiza los residuos secos de los lodos procedentes del corte de mármol para su reutilización con arcillas y su posterior aplicación en la industria del transporte terrestre. En función de los resultados empíricos de este estudio, se podrán tomar las decisiones oportunas sobre la idoneidad del mismo como subproducto de la citada industria.

[EN] It is more and more important to minimize, to treat and to recover solid waste and liquid effluents, taking into account its management costs. European legislation forces to its optimal use as raw materials of other industrial chains: Circular Economy. The marble industry is a very strong industry in Spain, specially in Eastern Andalusia and surrounding provinces. Spain is the seventh marble manufacturer in the world. Marble cutting produces sludge with intense environmental impact, that mainly have water and calcium carbonate. This study analyzes the dry waste of sludge from marble cutting to be used as raw material the land transport industry. According to the empirical results of this essay, it will be possible to make the best decisions on the capability of using this product in the mentioned activity.
