Resumen
[ES]Con la entrada de la Ley 13/1982, de 7 de abril (LISMI), se logró la primera ley aprobada en España dirigida a regular la atención y los apoyos a las personas con discapacidad y sus familias, (artículos 9, 10, 14 y 49 de la Constitución), suponiendo una enorme evolución en ese tiempo, en que no había apenas precedentes en la atención a este colectivo.
Dentro de la integración social, destacaremos el área de la educación, ya que actualmente se trabaja la igualdad de oportunidades, pero se debería de trabajar más el tema de la integración social dentro del alumnado que no tiene discapacidad y no conoce el problema en su entorno más o menos inmediato.
Este Proyecto de Intervención social tendrá como objetivo la concienciación/ sensibilización del alumnado en la provincia de Jaén, realizando tareas prácticas sobre las diferentes discapacidades y sus posibilidades dentro de las aulas.
[EN]With the approbation of the law of social integration of disabled people 13/1982, of 7th of April of the Spanish courts, the first Spanish legislation aimed to regulate the care and support for disabled people and their families was achieved, (Spanish Constitution articles 9, 10, 14 and 49). This fact led to a great advance at that time when there were little precedents in dealing with such as collective. Within the social integration field, the education area should be highlighted since the equal opportunities are being treated currently; however more effort has to be put on the education in social integration for nondisabled students due to the lack of awareness of this problem. The main objective of this Project of social action is to work on the awareness and sensitization of nondisabled student at the province of Jaén, performing practical task about the diversity of disabled people at classroom.
