[ES] En el presente TFG se ensayan unas reacciones de ciclocondensación multicomponente “one-pot” de dihidropirimidinonas, con sustrato de urea, conocidas como reacción de Biginelli. Estas reacciones se han efectuado siguiendo 2 procedimientos generales: a) el método clásico, y b) la irradiación por microondas.
Se ha comparado la eficacia de cinco ácidos Bronsted sulfónicos como catalizadores de la reacción.
[EN] In the present work, the Biginelli reaction, “one-pot” multicomponent cyclocondensation reactions of dihydropyrimidinones, with a urea, thiourea and guanidine substrate, are tested. These reactions have been carried out following 2 general procedures: a) the classical method, and b) by microwave irradiation. The effectiveness of five Bronsted sulfonic acids as reaction catalysts has been compared.
