IMPLEMENTACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA DE LA RS EN LA SCA SAN AMADOR

Abstract

(ES)Con este TFM se pretende concienciar de que la Responsabilidad Social es una política de aplicación para cualquier tipo de empresa, ya que el tejido empresarial representativo del país, y concretamente de la provincia de Jaén, son las pequeñas y medianas empresas. Nos centramos en una cooperativa de aceite, ya que es la forma empresarial predominante en este sector de actividad, el cual es uno de los principales de la provincia de Jaén, para hacer un diagnóstico de la misma sobre su implicación en los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible y las diferentes maneras de que pueda mejorar su contribución a éstos. Para ello se realiza un análisis de su entorno y características internas de la empresa, con el fin de adaptar las actuaciones propuestas a la realidad de la cooperativa, además se estudiarán diferentes métodos de divulgación que contribuyan a que la sociedad conozca estas nuevas prácticas adoptadas por la empresa.(EN)The purpose of this Final Project is to make aware that the Social Responsibility is not only a policy for big firms because every firm, independently of its size can apply it, due to the majority of the firms in Spain and, specifically in Jaén are small and médium-sized enterprises. We focus on an oil cooperative, because of cooperatives are the main kind of firm in this area of econimic activity, which are one of the main sector in Jaén. We will do an analysis of the coopetive about its engamement with the Sustainable Development Goals and the different ways to aim them, we also do an analysis of the environment and the inner characteristics of the firm in order to adjust the purposed actions to the reality of the cooperative. In addition, the methods of dissemination will be studied in order to get the commuinty knows about the new actions from the coopeative.
