ESTUDIO DEL RÉGIMEN ESPECIAL DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL DE LAS FUERZAS ARMADAS

Abstract

[ES] Estudio del Régimen Especial de Seguridad Social de las Fuerzas Armadas, englobado dentro del Sistema de Seguridad Social. El objetivo principal es conocer y estudiar las inclusiones que la ley integra para el colectivo de las Fuerzas Armadas en lo relacionado con la Seguridad Social, así como el surgimiento de la protección de dicho gremio. Además, gran parte del trabajo se centra en las diferentes prestaciones que pueden recibir las Fuerzas Armadas, si cumplen los requisitos exigibles.

[EN] Study of the Special Social Security Regime of the Armed Forces, encompassed within the social security system. The main objective is to know and study the inclusions that the law integrates for the collective of the Armed Forces in relation to Social Security, as well as the emergence of the protection of said guild. In addition, much of the work focuses on the different benefits that the Armed Forces can receive if they meet the required requirements.
