[EN] The main aim of this Master’s Thesis is to illustrate the knowledge acquired during the training period of the different modules that comprise the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education, Upper Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching. To achieve this, a Didactic Unit is developed on the subject of Technology for the 4th level of CSE. The content of this unit corresponds to the “Electronics” block, more precisely Digital Electronics, as it is established by the current legislation. Through the development of this Didactic Unit, it is intended to put into practice diverse teaching-learning methods that allow students to be motivated and foster autonomy, teamwork, and interpersonal relationships between them. It is fundamental that, apart from assimilating the concepts of the subject, they acquire the key competences so that in the near future they are able to succeed in a work environment.
