Resumen
[ES]El propósito de este trabajo es aplicar lo aprendido durante mis estudios del MBA para contribuir a
la mejora continua de Italgraniti Group y mejorar sus ventajas competitivas.
La estructura es: En primer lugar, la presentación de la firma, recopilando diferentes factores como
su historia, estrategia corporativa y de negocios, valores, cultura, misión, visión, competidores,
estructura organizacional, modelo de negocios, las cinco fuerzas competitivas de Porter, análisis
PESTEL, DAFO, y de la cadena de valor, así como una explicación del producto; seguido de
manuales donde se proponen optimizaciones de procesos en los departamentos de Proyectos y de
Atención al Cliente, elegidos porque añaden valor al marketing mix ya que son áreas sensibles
para la experiencia del cliente; posteriormente se comparten conocimientos teóricos que pueden
ser aplicados también durante la implementación de la propuesta final que se hace a la Compañía,
que es la implementación de Lean Six Sigma; finalizando con conclusiones.
[EN]The purpose of this study is to apply the knowledge acquired during my Master in Business Administration studies to contribute to the continuous improvement of Italgraniti Group and to improve its competitive advantages. The structure is: First, the presentation of the firm, gathering different factors, such as its history, corporate and business strategies, values, culture, mission, vision, competitors, organizational structure, the Canvas business model, Porter's five competitive forces, PESTEL, SWOT, and value chain analysis, as well as an explanation of the product; followed by manuals with optimization processes proposals to be applied in the Project and Customer Care departments, chosen because of their added value to the company's marketing mix, since they are sensitive areas for the customer experience; subsequently the share of theoretical information that can also be applied during the implementation of the Project Lean Six Sigma which is my final proposal to the firm; and the conclusions.
