DISEÑO DE PLANTA INDUSTRIAL DE FABRICACIÓN DE LADRILLOS Y ADOQUINES CERÁMICOS

Abstract

[es] El objetivo del presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se basa en el diseño de una planta industrial dedicada a la elaboración de ladrillos y adoquines cerámicos. Durante su desarrollo, se describirán los procesos de producción y las características técnicas de estos elementos constructivos y, por supuesto, la descripción de equipos y maquinaria que intervienen en su fabricación. De igual manera, se evaluará el consumo energético que se genera durante la elaboración de los mismos. Por otra parte, se realizará una evaluación de viabilidad ecónomica del proyecto. Para asegurarse de que el proyecto sea rentable, los precios asignados a las unidades fabricadas deberán ajustarse a los existentes actualmente en el mercado a fin de ganar espacio en el mismo. Por último, se señalarán las conclusiones y las posibles recomendaciones.

[en] The objective of this Final Degree Project is based on the design of an industrial plant dedicated to the production of bricks and ceramic pavers. During its development, the production processes and the technical characteristics of these construction elements will be described and, of course, the description of the equipment and machinery involved in their manufacture. In addition, the energy consumption generated during the preparation of the products will be evaluated. On the other hand, an economic viability evaluation of the project will be carried out. To ensure that the project is profitable, the prices assigned to the manufactured units must be adjusted to those currently on the market in order to gain space in it. Finally, the conclusions and possible recommendations will be pointed out.
