Resumen
En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se estudian los diferentes
factores que motivan a los consumidores a decantarse por unos
alimentos u otros. Para ello se ha dividido el trabajo en dos partes,
una primera teórica en la que se han comprobado los que influyen
a la hora de comprar un producto y una segunda parte práctica. En
esta, se ha entrevistado a un grupo de 200 personas diferenciados
en sexo, edad y nivel de formación, preguntándoles sobre qué
factor consideran que les impulsa a decidirse por un producto
determinado en la fase de decisión de compra de alimentos.
Dichos datos han sido procesados y evaluados para llegar a una
conclusión que será expuesta.
This Final Degree Project studies the different factors that motivate consumers to choose one food or another. To do this, the work has been divided into two parts, a first theoretical part in which the factors that influence the decision to buy one product or another have been verified and a second practical part. In this study, a group of 200 people were interviewed, differentiated by sex, age and level of education, asking them about the factor that they consider to be the driving force behind their decision to buy a particular product at the food purchase decision stage. These data have been processed and evaluated to reach a conclusion which will be presented.
