Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo desarrolla una propuesta de medición del manejo o regulación de las emociones en el contexto de la Inteligencia Emocional del Consumidor. Para ello, partiremos de una revisión bibliográfica de la Inteligencia Emocional en general y de la Inteligencia Emocional del Consumidor.
Posteriormente, se expone la investigación realizada que consiste en un análisis cualitativo a partir de la información recabada de ocho grupos de discusión. Seguidamente, se expone la metodología que se ha seguido, la cual está formada por una serie de fases destinadas a cumplir los objetivos previamente establecidos. En cada una de ellas se ha especificado las tareas que se han realizado y la duración de las mismas. Finalmente, tras realizar la prueba del instrumento a una muestra de 24 personas, se realizará el análisis de los datos de pertinencia de los ítems, así como de los datos del nivel de claridad que aportará el debriefing.
[EN] This paper develops a proposal measurement management or regulation of emotions in the context of Emotional Intelligence Consumer. To do this, we start from a literature review of Emotional Intelligence in general and Consumer Emotional Intelligence. Subsequently, the research conducted is a qualitative analysis based on the information gathered from eight focus groups. Next, the methodology followed is exposed, which is formed by a series of steps to comply predetermined objectives, In each specified tasks have been performed and the duration thereof.
