[ES]En este trabajo vamos a analizar la coordinación existente entre centros educativos de referencia y aulas hospitalarias, ya que ésta tiene una gran importancia para la educación compensatoria del alumnado con necesidades o limitaciones específicas de apoyo educativo. Para ello, comenzaremos conceptualizando el aula hospitalaria y su importancia dentro de de Educación Primaria, y continuaremos con un estudio de la práctica docente en ambos ámbitos educativos, para detectar la percepción que tiene el profesorado sobre las aulas hospitalarias y, de esta manera, realizar una serie de propuestas que contribuyan al desarrollo de una adecuada, correcta y real coordinación entre el centro de referencia y el aula hospitalaria.
[EN]In this paper we are going to investigate the coordination between schools reference and hospital´s classrooms. We believe that it is very important for compensatory education of students with special needs or limitations of educational support. We will start conceptualizing the hospital school and its importance in Primary Education, and we will continue with a study of teaching practice in both educational settings, to detect the perception of teachers on the hospital wards, and thus make a series of proposals that contribute to the development of adequate, correct and effective coordination between the school reference and the hospital´s classrooms.
