lt is a challenge for teachers who teach in Post-Secondary Education and in Secondary Education to innovate in teaching the concepts related to the Chemistry. This Master's Final Project will be focused on a very important field of this, Electrochemistry, present in many everyday situations. lt is a part designed with difficulties for students to include terms sometimes a bit abstract. This paper will be developed into two main sections. To begin with, on the one hand, it was carried out an epistemological foundation that contains, the Electrochemistry's historical evolution and interest redox processes' and applications at present. On the other hand the study of the previous ideas those students in this field with new models based on the History of Science. In the second section, a teaching unit has been made: "redox reactions: interest industrial processes"' for 2nd year of Post-Secondary Education.
