recaudaciones.
The last two decades have been marked by the emergence of new forms of financing as a result of the outbreak of the Great Recession in 2008 and the consequent decrease in loans granted by traditional borrowers. On the other hand, the advancement of new technologies, the development of the Internet and the generalization of social networks are phenomena that have altered the population's consumption patterns and have facilitated new channels of access to goods and services, at the level of international, both for individuals and companies. This report analyzes how crowdfunding has taken advantage of these two situations to grow exponentially. Similarly, the influence of the largest crowdfunding platforms in Spain is studied, delving into two outstanding cases, such as the #ParaLosValientes campaign, with the aim of building an oncology center, and, Pebble watches and their huge collections.
