[ES]Las úlceras por presión son un problema de salud relacionado con las situaciones de dependencia y que
afectan a la autonomía y a la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud de las personas. El objetivo es analizar
la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud en personas con úlceras por presión. Para ello, se ha elaborado
una revisión sistemática de la diferente literatura científica a partir de varias bases de datos (PubMed,
CINAHL, Scopus, Cuiden, Cochrane y LILACS), incluyendo 21 estudios, entre los que hay 12 cuantitativos y 7
cualitativos, siendo los 2 restantes revisiones. Como conclusiones, las personas con úlceras por presión
perciben una peor calidad de vida relacionada con la salud que aquellas que no tienen estas lesiones. Dichas
lesiones y sus principales síntomas, como el dolor y el mal olor, repercuten de forma negativa en las
diferentes dimensiones (física, psicológica y social) de las personas.
[EN]Pressure ulcers are a health problem related to situations of dependency and that affect the autonomy and people's health-related quality of life. The objective is to analyze the health-related quality of life in people with pressure ulcers. In conclusion, people with pressure ulcers perceive a worse health-related quality of life than those who do not have these injuries. These injuries and their main symptoms, such as pain and bad smell, have a negative impact on the different dimensions (physical, psychological and social) of people.
