Resumen
[ES]En la actualidad, ser mujer joven, tener estudios, y un puesto de trabajo conforme a los estudios realizados, es un reto. Muchas son las causas de esta situación, pero especialmente la precariedad laboral y el sistema patriarcal con los que vivimos. Todo esto implica que muchas mujeres jóvenes se vean en puestos de trabajo sin cualificación, diferentes a sus estudios, muchas veces sin contratos para poder conciliar una vida laboral-familiar, ya que las labores de cuidado familiar y domésticas aún siguen recayendo principalmente en la mujer.
Con este trabajo lo que se intenta es conocer los factores que determinan que una mujer joven, con estudios llegue a un puesto de trabajo acorde a sus cualificación. Para esto en primer lugar hablamos de la crisis económica-laboral, que es un factor muy importante para este tema, seguiremos con mujeres y jóvenes, como colectivos con problemas de inserción laboral. Cuestionaremos el termino de juventud, después hablamos del mercado de trabajo y la mujer, dentro de estos apartados hablamos de varios temas como son la educación, trabajo, las desigualdades de hombres y mujeres…etc. Planteamos la investigación para llegar al punto de ver como la mujer puede entrar en el mercado laboral en un puesto acorde a sus estudios y méritos.
[EN]At present, being a young woman, having studies, and a job according to the studies carried out, is a challenge. Many are the causes of this situation, but especially the labor precariousness and the patriarchal system with which we live. All this implies that many young women find themselves in jobs without qualification, different from their studies, often without contracts to be able to reconcile a work-family life, since the work of family and domestic care still continues to fall mainly on women . With this work, what is attempted is to know the factors that determine that a young woman, with studies arrive at a job in accordance with their qualifications. For this first we talk about the economic-labor crisis, which is a very important factor for this issue, we will continue with women and young people, as groups with problems of labor insertion. We will question the term of youth, then we talk about the labor market and women, within these sections we talk about various issues such as education, work, inequalities of men and women ... etc. We raise the research to get to the point of seeing how women can enter the labor market in a position according to their studies and merits.
