DETERMINACIÓN DE BISFENOLES EN PRODUCTOS LÁCTEOS

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo de tipo bibliográfico se va a estudiar la presencia de bisfenoles en productos lácteos. Para llevar a cabo el estudio se analizarán las diferentes metodologías analíticas que se aplican para su determinación, además de las distintas técnicas que se usan para la preparación de muestras. Se va a realizar un estudio comparativo de las diferentes metodologías que existen para la determinación de bisfenoles en productos lácteos. Actualmente, el estudio de este tipo de contaminación tiene gran relevancia por la repercusión que suponen en la salud humana. Finalmente, se expondrán las conclusiones obtenidas después de realizar el estudio y analizar todos los contaminantes y los métodos empleados para su determinación.[EN] In this bibliographic work, the presence of bisphenols in dairy products will be studied. To carry out the study, the different analytical methodologies that are applied for its determination will be analyzed, in addition to the different techniques used for sample preparation. A comparative study of the different methodologies that exist for the determination of bisphenols in dairy products will be carried out. Currently, the study of this type of contamination is of great relevance due to the repercussion it has on human health. Finally, the conclusions obtained after carrying out the study and analyzing all the pollutants and the methods used for their determination will be presented.
