Resumen
[ES] En este proyecto se habla de las desigualdades de género en el marco laboral, sobre
todo habla de la discriminación de la mujer como puede ser el ámbito laboral. En España,
se prohíbe toda discriminación por razón de sexo en el empleo, al igual que se habla de esta
discriminación en distintos ámbitos, como el europeo, internacional y autonómico para
progresar en la igualdad de hombres y mujeres. Se analizan las distintas modalidades de
discriminación, como es la directa, en la que se discrimina a un grupo de personas por
motivos prohibidos por el Ordenamiento Jurídico como la religión, el sexo, etc., también se
habla de discriminación indirecta y múltiple. Existen planes de igualdad que son medidas
encaminadas a lograr en la empresa la igualdad de trato y de oportunidades entre hombres y
mujeres y a suprimir la discriminación por razón de sexo. Se habla del acoso laboral o
mobbing en la empresa, que es una situación que sufre el trabajador, haciéndole perder su
autoestima, sobre el que se ejercen conductas de violencia psicológica, causándole estados
de ansiedad, incluso en varias situaciones, conduce a éste a abandonar la empresa en la que
se encuentra a causa del estrés que se le ocasiona y, a su vez, por no poderlo soportar.
[EN] In this project we talk about gender inequalities in the working environment, especially it speaks of discrimination against women as it can be the workplace. In Spain, it prohibits any discrimination on grounds of sex in employment, as talk of such discrimination in various areas, such as European, international and regional to advance equality of men and women. The various forms of discrimination are discussed, as is direct, in which it discriminates against a group of persons on grounds prohibited by law as religion, sex, etc., it is also spoken of indirect and multiple discrimination. There equity plans that are aimed at achieving in the company equal treatment and opportunities for men and women and measures to eliminate discrimination on grounds of sex. There is talk of workplace bullying or mobbing in the company, which is a situation suffered by the worker, causing him to lose his self-esteem, which conducts psychological violence are exercised, causing anxiety states, even in various situations, leading to it to leave the company which is a cause of stress that causes it and, in turn, not being able to endure.
