[ES] El sentido del humor, el humor y la risa han sido conceptos estudiados por diferentes investigadores. Las intervenciones en sentido del humor y risa han tenido beneficios positivos en la salud. En la actualidad, ha aumentado considerablemente el número de personas mayores y se ha comprobado que el uso de terapias en humor y risa han sido de utilidad para un envejecimiento saludable. Sin embargo, los estudios son escasos, por ello se realiza el presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster. Este trabajo consiste en una revisión sistemática de diferentes estudios orientados a comprobar los beneficios de terapias basadas en sentido del humor y risa en personas mayores. Se realiza una búsqueda bibliográfica sistemática en la que se han seleccionado doce artículos que han sido analizados detalladamente. Se incluyen algunas de las limitaciones más importantes, así como aspectos a tener en cuenta en investigaciones futuras.
[EN] The sense of humor, humor and laughter have been concepts studied by different researchers. Interventions in the sense of humor and laughter have had positive health benefits. Currently, the number of older people has increased considerably and it has been proven that the use of therapies in humor and laughter have been useful for healthy aging. However, studies are scarce, so the present Master ́s Degree Work is carried out. This work consists of a systematic review of different studies aimed at checking the benefits of therapies based on mood and laughter in older people. A systematic bibliographic search is carried out in which twelve articles have been select that have been analyzed in detail. These include some of the most important limitations, as well as aspects to consider in future research.
