[ES]Se presenta un diseño de caso único de un Trastorno de Fobia Específica situacional en ascensores. El Trastorno de Fobia Específica se basa en un miedo y/o ansiedad elevado ante un estímulo determinado. C. es una adolescente de 19 años que, tras quedarse atrapada dos veces en un ascensor, desarrolla un miedo y ansiedad ante ellos, siendo esta la causa por la que decide asistir al gabinete. Tras realizar la evaluación pertinente, se propone realizar una exposición gradual con inhibición de respuesta, basándonos en una jerarquía realizada entre ambos. Los resultados confirman que la exposición reduce la ansiedad a los ascensores a través de la evaluación post y el seguimiento.
[EN]An unique-case design of a situational Specific Phobia Disorder in elevators is presented. The Specific Phobia Disorder is based on a high fear and/or anxiety of a determined stimulus. C. is a 19-year-old teenager who, after being trapped twice in an elevator, develops an elevated fear and anxiety to it. Because of this, C. decides to attend to the psychological clinic. After carrying out the corresponding evaluation, it is proposed to make a gradual exposure with inhibition of response, based on a hierarchy between them. The results confirm that exposure reduces anxiety to elevators thanks to the post evaluation and the tracing
