Resumen
[ES]El presente Trabajo, eminentemente práctico, se basa en el estudio de una cuenta
institucional de la red social Twitter (@Safyd): estado al inicio del mismo, estrategias de
mejora y resultados tras aplicar las estrategias del estudio.
Finalmente se presentan la manera principal de medir la influencia y variación de este
tipo de cuenta, y se concluye objetivamente que las estrategias surgidas del estudio han
sido positivas.El trabajo incluye recomendaciones para actuaciones futuras de manera
que continue la evolución conseguida.
[EN]This practical work is based on the study of an institutional Twitter account (@Safyd): its initial state, the strategies for improvement, and the results after applying these strategies.Finally, the main way of measuring the influence and variation of this type of account is presented, and it is objectively concluded that the strategies emerged from the study have been positive. Besides, this work includes suggestions for future actions in order to continue the evolution achieved.
