El voluntariado y su relación con el mercado laboral

Abstract

El voluntario tiene muchas caras, puede ser beneficioso para las entidades del Tercer Sector por sus actividades. Puede beneficiar a las empresas, con un voluntariado llamativo que sirva como publicidad. E incluso, beneficia al propio voluntariado con experiencia y aprendizaje. Pero, ¿es realmente el voluntariado actual, altruista? A través de una revisión bibliográfica, profundizaremos en el voluntariado, analizaremos si ha perdido su carácter altruista, así como el mal uso que se le da a este y que puede suponer una sobrecarga de trabajo para el voluntariado y una falta de empleabilidad para el profesional remunerado. Para ello, necesitamos clarificar las diferencias, vinculaciones y sobre todo los límites de estos dos campos de estudio. Para averiguar en que medida el voluntariado “precariza” el mercado laboral en España. Para terminar, trataremos la importancia de la figura del Trabajador Social, como una figura clave en el Tercer Sector y en el voluntariado
