Resumen
Este trabajo de fin de grado se desarrolla con el objetivo de analizar la viabilidad económica de una idea
empresarial, un restaurante de comida japonesa el centro de Sevilla. Para ello, se desarrollará un estudio
de distintas variables que, que de alguna manera pueden repercutir sobre la actividad de este proyecto de
negocio, CASA TOKIO.
CASA TOKIO representa un negocio con una oferta gastronómica que combina productos de primera
clase y creatividad con la cultura culinaria japonesa. Elementos a los que se ha de sumar una atención al
cliente y un servicio óptimos Todo ello con el objetivo de responder a las nuevas tendencias del mercado,
a la vez que satisfacer a quienes deseen disfrutar de una alternativa con la que poder vivir la experiencia
de degustar sus principales especialidades en un espacio caracterizado por la sensación de paz, libertad y
sosiego.
Así, con el objetivo de responder a las nuevas tendencias del mercado, CASA TOKIO es un proyecto
empresarial que pretende posicionarse en la mente de los clientes como una alternativa innovadora y a la
vez combinada con la tradición culinaria japonesa, que utiliza en todas sus recetas ingredientes frescos de
alta calidad.
This project is developed with the aim of analyzing the economic viability of a business idea, a Japanese food restaurant in the center of Seville. For this, a study of different variables will be developed that, in some way, can affect the activity of this business project, “CASA TOKIO”. “CASA TOKIO” represents a business with a gastronomic offer that combines first-class products and creativity with Japanese culinary culture. Elements to which must be added optimal customer care and service. All this with the aim of responding to new market trends, while satisfying those who wish to enjoy an alternative with which to live the experience of Taste its main specialties in a space characterized by the sensation of peace, freedom and calm.
