REHABILITACIÓN SOCIAL A TRAVÉS DE LAS MEDIDAS POST PENITENCIARIAS

Abstract

La importancia desde el Sistema Penitenciario de que las personas en estatus de preso consigan adaptarse en la vida en comunidad a través de medidas de rehabilitación social, es una temática a investigar imprescindible para conocer el estado actual de los centros penitenciarios, el impacto en la persona que experimenta un gran cambio en su vida al tener que estar cumpliendo una condena en un centro penitenciario, el tratamiento penitenciario encaminado hacia una rehabilitación social efectiva así como intentar evitar que la persona cuando alcance de nuevo el estatus de ciudadano libre no reincida sobre una pena tipificada como delito. Así pues, las diferentes medidas alternativas existentes en busca de la rehabilitación social de la persona son fundamentales para alcanzar una adaptación de ésta a la vida en comunidad con una mayor facilidad

The importance from the Penitentiary System that people in prisoner status manage to adapt in community life through social rehabilitation measures, it is a subject to investigate essential to know the current state of the penitentiaries, the impact on the person by experiencing a major change in their life and having to be serving a sentence in a prison, the prison treatment aimed at effective social rehabilitation as well as trying to prevent the person when he reaches again the status of free citizen not to reoffend on a punishment defined as a crime. So, the different alternative measures existing in search of the social rehabilitation of the person are fundamental to achieve an adaptation to community life with greater ease
