ANÁLISIS DEL SECTOR DE LA HOSTELERÍA EN LA PROVINCIA DE JAÉN MEDIANTE EL MÉTODO DELPHI

Abstract

Este proyecto concentra un estudio del sector de la hostelería en la provincia de Jaén. Actualmente, es un sector inestable como consecuencia de la pandemia del Covid-19. En primer lugar, se expondrá la situación del sector a nivel mundial y nacional, para posteriormente analizar en detalle que está sucediendo en la provincia de Jaén. Para ello, se empleará el método Delphi, cuyo proceso de aplicación se expone en el presente trabajo y en el que se han entrevistado a un grupo de expertos con el fin de recopilar sus opiniones y con ellas realizar un análisis sesgado que permita establecer una posible predicción del sector hostelero en Jaén en los próximos años.

This project concentrates a study of the hostelry sector in the province of Jaén. It is currently an unstable sector as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. First, the situation of the sector will be exposed at the global and national levels, and then analyze in detail what is happening in the province of Jaén. To this end, the Delphi method has been used and a group of experts have been interviewed in order to gather their opinions and with them carry out an analysis to set a possible prediction of the hostelry sector in Jaén in the coming years.
