Cálculo structural e instalaciones empleando una metodología BIM

Abstract

En este Proyecto se ha llevado a cabo la construcción de una nave industrial desde que se dispone únicamente del terreno para la construcción, hasta la entrega final al cliente. Es decir, se ha realizado el cálculo estructural así como de las distintas instalaciones que component el edificio. Dichas instalaciones son: salubridad, climatización, contraincendios, iluminación y eléctrica. Todos los cálculos se han realizado empleando un entorno colaborativo BIM a través de los distintos softwares de la empresa CYPE Ingenieros, cumpliendo con las distintas normativas en vigor en cada una de las áreas estudiadas.

In this Project, the construction of an industrial unit has been carried out since only the land is available for construction, until the final delivery to the client. That is, the structural calculation has been carried out as well as the different facilities that make up the building. These facilities are: sanitary, air conditioning, fire protection, lighting and electricity. All the calculations have been performed using a collaborative BIM environment through the different softwares of the CYPE engineers company, complying with the different regulations in force in each of the areas studied.
