Haciendo de la necesidad virtud: el caso de las mujeres de clase obrera que siguen estudiando

Abstract

[ES]Los jóvenes forman parte de un sistema de experimentación del mundo laboral. Nuestro trabajo trata de enmarcar cómo un grupo de personas, que comparten unas características por su intervalo de edad, se enfrentan al mundo laboral. Para comprender esto, nos centramos en el sistema educativo y en el mercado laboral y cómo afecta la función del género. La elección de una carrera más técnica o unas titulaciones de mayor o menor duración depende de la clase social a la que se pertenece, y ese no es el único factor a tener en cuenta. Atendiendo al género, las mujeres de clase trabajadora permanecen más tiempo en el sistema educativo que los hombres de su misma clase social porque no tienen la misma facilidad para entrar al mundo laboral.

[EN]Young people belong to an experimentation system in the job world. Our investigation, it is shown how this group of people who share some characteristics by their age range, face the world of work. To understand this, we focus on the educational system and the work market and how it affects to gender. The decision of a technical career or some longer or shorter degrees depends on the social class to which the young belong to and this is the only elements to take into account. Considering the gender, working-class woman belongs longer in the education system because they have not the ease with which men of the same social class to enter the workforce.
