Resumen
[ES] El TFG desarrollado consiste en un proyecto económico-financiero de una tienda de complementos online llamada "Maytetxu complementos". Tras un análisis del sector y del mercado se ha determinado que el público objetivo serán mujeres de entre 15 y 34 años de clase media-baja. Se ha considerado de máxima importancia la realización de un Plan de Marketing que desarrolla la estrategia para la tienda. En el Plan de Producción se analizan las fases que seguirá el producto desde la compra hasta la venta, así como la localización y las instalaciones del proyecto. El plan de Recursos Humanos analiza los desgloses de los puestos que en principio cubrirá la promotora. En el Plan Financiero se ha hecho una planificación para los próximos 5 años del Balance de Situación, la cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias y la cuenta de Tesorería. La forma jurídica escogida dadas las circunstancias es la de empresario individual.
[EN] The aim of the proyect is to analyze economically and financially a business project of an online accessories store which is called "Maytetxu complementos". Through an analysis of the sector and the market, it has been determined that the target public will be women between 15 and 34 years old. A marketing plan is crucial to laung this project. The Production Plan analyzes the different phases of the product from purchasing to selling, as well as the location and facilities of the project. In the Human Resources plan the details of the positions that in the beginning will cover the promoter. For the preparation of the Financial Plan, a planning of the Balance Sheet, the Profit and Loss account and the Cash Flows have been made for the next 5 years. The legal form chosen in such circumstances is that of an individual entrepreneur.
