The arrival of computers in the middle of the last century was the starting gun of the race that started computer technology and that was a revolution in our daily lives. But if the arrival of computers was a great revolution, the Internet has transported us to another world, becoming an essential tool in people's lives. The Internet is information technology and therefore the Public Administrations have not wanted to be left behind in this technological revolution that is advancing and growing at a dizzying rate. Our Public Administration has adapted to this new reality and today it is an administration that is more accessible to the citizen, an administration that not only offers information, but also interacts and listens to citizens, an administration that has made administrative procedures more bureaucratic, in short , a close administration.
