INVESTIGACIÓN DEL SECTOR DEL ACEITE DE OLIVA USANDO EL MÉTODO DELPHI

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, va a consistir en analizar el sector del aceite de oliva, el cual tiene un papel muy importante en España ya que es líder mundial en producción, comercialización y exportación. Con esa información, llevaré a cabo una investigación sobre dicho sector aplicando el método científico Delphi, este se encarga de resolver los problemas mediante un grupo de expertos y a partir de ahí, obtener una respuesta consensuada entre ellos. Elaboraré unas encuestas en sucesivas rondas hasta llegar a la resolución de los problemas planteados. Terminaré estudiando las opiniones de los expertos identificando quienes están en acuerdo y desacuerdo y evaluando esas respuestas

This Final Degree Work, will consist of analyzing the olive oil sector, which has a very important role in Spain since it is a world leader in production, marketing and export. With this information, I will carry out research on this sector using the Delphi scientific method, which is responsible for solving the problems through a group of experts and from there, obtain a consensual response between them. I will produce surveys in successive rounds until the problems are resolved. I will end by studying the views of the experts by identifying those who agree and disagree and assessing those responses.
