Resumen
La violencia en los centros educativos, o dicho de otro modo el bullying, no es un fenómeno nuevo. Sin embargo, han sido los graves acontecimientos que contemplamos a diario en los medios de comunicación, los que han ido sensibilizando a la sociedad. Hechos que años atrás eran considerados como un juego de niños, y ahora son considerados como una peligrosa situación que perjudica a todo el mundo. Por consiguiente, es necesario sensibilizar al profesorado, al alumnado y familias de las consecuencias a corto, medio y largo plazo tienen dicho fenómeno.
Por esta razón, en este trabajo pretendemos realizar un estudio teórico de esta problemática y establecer un programa de detección e intervención de dicho fenómeno, en el cual los docentes se encargaran de la erradicación de conductas agresivas en edades tempranas. Para ello, hemos realizado una revisión bibliográfica, tanto del fenómeno bullying como de intervención del profesorado como principal fuente para impedir este tipo de conductas tanto en el aula como fuera de ella.
Violence in schools, also known as bullying, is not a new phenomenon. However, it has been the serious events that we see daily in the media that, have been driving the sensitization of society. Years ago, these same, cruel acts were considered child's play, and they now constitute a hazardous situation that affects everyone involved. Therefore, it is necessary to sensitize teachers, students and families and inform them of the short, medium and long-term consequences of this phenomenon. For this reason, in this project we will perform a theoretical study of this problem and establish a detection and intervention program of this phenomenon, in which teachers would be responsible for the eradication of aggressive behavior at an early age. To do, we have conducted a literature review of both the phenomenon of bullying or harassment at school and have identified teacher intervention as the main source to prevent this type of both behavior in the classroom and beyond.
