MODELO TRIDIMENSIONAL EN LA EMPRESA FAMILIAR

Abstract

[ES]En este trabajo de investigación nos centramos en el Modelo Tridimensional con base en la empresa familiar. La elección de este tema se basó principalmente, en que es un tema que me toca de cerca, ya que mi familia tiene una pequeña empresa familiar, una pyme, que empezó en 1957, fundada por mi abuelo y va por la segunda generación. Debido a la facilidad de acceso a la información en la cual ha colaborado bastante mi padre, que es el actual propietario y por ser un tema que conozco, ya que lo he vivido en primera persona desde pequeña, fue lo que me motivo por el que me decanté por él.

[EN] In this research we focus on the Three-Dimensional Model based on family business. The choice of this topic was based mainly on the fact that it is a topic that touches me closely, since my family has a small family business, an SME, which began in 1957, founded by my grandfather and goes for the second generation. Due to the ease of access to information in which my father has collaborated, which is the current owner and because it is an issue I know, as i had the change to experience it firt hand, since I was a child, that is what motivates me to settle for it.
