(ES) El presente trabajo Fin de Grado, titulado “La importancia de la alimentación saludable y la actividad física
desde edades tempranas” surge con el principal motivo de mejorar el estado de salud de los pequeños del
segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil. En tal sentido, se lleva a cabo un análisis teórico sobre los estilos de vida
saludables, aspectos relacionados con la alimentación y las características con las que ha de contar para que
esta sea sana, equilibrada y variada, recomendaciones útiles en la alimentación infantil, la importancia de
realizar actividad física y, por último, la obesidad y el sobrepeso. Seguidamente, se elabora una propuesta
didáctica con la finalidad de tomar conciencia de los beneficios que supone llevar a cabo una correcta
alimentación desde edades tempranas, así como de las consecuencias que supone no seguir dicha
alimentación. Finalmente, se destacan las conclusiones personales y cómo puede calar en un futuro dicha
temática.
(EN) The present Final Grade paper, entitled "The importance of healthy eating and physical activity from an early age" arises with the main reason to improve the health status of children in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education. In this sense, a theoretical analysis is carried out on healthy lifestyles, aspects related to food and the characteristics that it must have for it to be healthy, balanced and varied, useful recommendations in child feeding, the importance of physical activity and, finally, obesity and overweight. Then, a didactic proposal is developed with the aim of becoming aware of the benefits of carrying out a correct diet from an early age, as well as the consequences of not following this diet. Finally, the personal conclusions are highlighted and how this topic can influence in the future.
